Return and Refund Policy
- 100% satisfaction
- For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase after receiving it, we will happily exchange, refund or offer a store credit for an item returned in original condition (all packaging, tags, boxes still in tact) within 30 days of purchase.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we do provide extended period of time to return an item from 24 December to 31st January during Xmas break of every year.
- Return Process
- To return an online purchase for an exchange of the item for an alternative size, colour, style or product, send us an email at [email protected] or simply contact us through contact page.
- Change of mind
- We do our best to show the product quality through photos or video and product description. For any reason, if customer needs to return, refund will deduct any shipping upgrades like express or shipping cost($15-$20). As we already paid for the shipping cost to shipping company, unfortunately we can not refund the shipping cost.
- Customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost and any replacement product shipping cost.
- We make returns as easy as possible.

REFUNDS
- On the off chance you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] with proof of purchase details to arrange a replacement item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your request is accepted, we will process your refund to your credit card or within the original payment method.
