  • 100% satisfaction
    • For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase after receiving it, we will happily exchange, refund or offer a store credit for an item returned in original condition (all packaging, tags, boxes still in tact) within 30 days of purchase.
    • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we do provide extended period of time to return an item from 24 December to 31st January during Xmas break of every year.
  • Return Process
    • To return an online purchase for an exchange of the item for an alternative size, colour, style or product, send us an email at contact@babysteps.site or simply contact us through contact page.
  • We make returns as easy as possible.
    • Once your return has been approved via email, we will provide prepaid return shipping label that you can use and return your purchased item via near by drop off locations.

  • No return shipping fees
    1. There will be no return shipping fee from you. We will pay for the return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

  • On the off chance you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us at contact@babysteps.site  with proof of purchase details to arrange a replacement item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-7 days depending on purchase method used.
