While we endeavour to ship all items under a single order at one time, at times due to unavailability of some products, we may need to ship the order in parts. Do you think this case should become more apparent? In the end, you will receive the same information through an email or a call. Please note that babysteps.site has the right to cancel any order if in case there is any mistake with the order like wrong pricing, product interchange etc.. In such cases, the entire amount paid by the customer shall be refunded by Babysteps.site within the refund timelines mentioned in our cancellation and refund policy.

We dispatch our product in tamper proof packaging. While accepting delivery, if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse delivery of the package and inform us through an email [email protected] mentioning your order reference number.

We will put in our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping time relevant to particular product is displayed accurately on product page. If you do not receive your package within the time indicated by the transporter, for whatever reason, please do call or email us and we will do our best to see that you receive your product at the earliest. However, Babysteps.site shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.
